With a deep passion for diamonds and gems, I entered this fascinating field in 2005, shortly after completing my engineering degree. I have received education from esteemed gemological institutes, including the Indian Diamond Institute, International Gemological Institute, Gemological Institute of America, De Beers Institute of Diamonds, Danat Bahrain(online), AIGS Thailand(online), and Gubelin(online).
With the support of my father, Mr. S. Venkateswara Rao, I established Basil Gem Lab in Bhimavaram in 2010, later expanding to Hyderabad on December 10, 2017. The lab has been successfully operating with a select number of clients, focusing on education and delivering precise, high-quality services to the industry.
